What the Board Does
Working for the neighborhood
The Falcon Ridge HOA is a voluntary association. Board members give their time to support community activities, share helpful information, and maintain our beautiful shared grounds.
Common Areas
Oversee landscaping and upkeep of shared neighborhood spaces.
Community Events
Plan seasonal gatherings and activities that bring neighbors together.
Improvement Review
Review exterior improvement requests fairly and consistently.

Collect dues, manage the budget, and keep transparent records.
